Lauren brings a passion for people, process and making the complex feel seamless to Arcadia Homes. Before joining the team, she spent nearly a decade in nonprofit and school administration. Today, she helps keep projects moving smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.

Lauren holds a B.S. in International Business from Pepperdine University and an M.S. in Teaching from Pace University. She loves being part of a collaborative team that brings a client’s vision to life—and creates homes where life, family and memories can unfold.

Mark brings more than 25 years of construction experience to his role as Superintendent at Arcadia Homes. He began as a commercial electrician before growing his own custom deck business into a general contracting company. Having managed hundreds of projects, he brings a deep, ground-up understanding of the building process.

He thrives in the fast-paced, detail-driven world of custom home construction, partnering with trade professionals and the Arcadia team to solve complex challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Ryan brings more than 30 years of residential construction experience to Arcadia Homes. He got his start at 14 in his family’s concrete business, then went on to work as a general contractor in Ohio and a project manager for a residential builder in Los Angeles.

With a practical, problem-solving approach and deep respect for the craft, Ryan helps turn ambitious ideas into custom homes—especially when the right solution has never been done quite this way before.

Dean brings more than 20 years of hands-on construction and maintenance experience to Arcadia Homes, with nearly 100 homes built throughout his career. His background in plastics engineering and quality management gives him a distinctive blend of technical knowledge, craftsmanship and practical problem-solving.

He enjoys seeing a day’s work take shape and knowing the details he contributes help create homes people will truly enjoy. At Arcadia, he values the close-knit culture and the team’s commitment to getting the job done right.

Natalia brings a natural eye for design and a love of problem-solving to her role as Project & Design Coordinator at Arcadia Homes. With a background in sales, commercial real estate and residential construction, she enjoys understanding each client’s style and translating their vision into thoughtful, well-executed details.

Since joining Arcadia, Natalia has grown from an administrative role into project and design coordination, giving her a valuable perspective on the building process. She holds a B.S. in Applied Entrepreneurship from Grand Canyon University and values Arcadia’s collaborative, supportive team.

Adrian brings 13 years of residential construction experience to Arcadia Homes, with a background in framing, decks, siding, and both production and custom home building. Having contributed to hundreds of homes, he has developed a versatile skill set and a strong appreciation for quality craftsmanship.

He enjoys working with his hands and seeing the results of a job well done. At Arcadia, he values the supportive, flexible culture and the team-first approach to getting things done.
